 Theme of the Month: Becoming Centered and Stable

This month is all about being grounded. Grounded in your decisions and actions, you want to be open to change and look for opportunities that have a solid foundation. Quick fixes and rash decisions are not the way to go, practice being present in your body and relaxed when sorting things out. Duplicate practices from your past that have given you a sense of safety and stability. Connect and collaborate with those that you admire for their rational approaches.

Energy Grounding Technique:

Sit comfortably in a chair. Close your eyes and breathe deeply into your heart space. After 4-6 breathes start to check into your body and notice any tension or painful places, breathe into those areas to release the tension.

Starting from the top of your head send your energy down through your shoulders, trunk, legs, feet and send it into the earth, repeat for a few minutes. Then imagine drawing fresh energy up from the earth refreshing and rejuvenating your body.
